1. Name of post – Lady Medical Officer

Number of post – 2(OBC)

Pay scale -Pay Scale is Rs.15, 600-39,100 ( PB-3) plus Rs.5400 (Grade Pay)plus NPA. Total emoluments excluding T.A. and HRA at the time of initial appointment will be Rs. 49,875/- p.m. approximately.

Age limit – Maximum age is 33 years.

Qualification

i) A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational Qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub section (3) of Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

ii) Completion of compulsory rotating internship.

iii) Three years’ experience in Family Planning and educational method including training in technique of medical termination of pregnancy and tubectomy operations

Job respect

Lady Medical Officer will be responsible for implementation of Family Welfare Programme. She will provide consultation on Family Welfare methods, carryout IUD insertion and perform/arrange for sterilization operation of volunteers. She will be required to make home visits for promotion of Family Welfare and also be responsible for administration of Family Welfare Centres.

Number of post – 11

Pay scale – Rs. 15,600-39,100 ( PB-3) plus Rs. 5400 (Grade Pay). (Total emoluments excluding HRA/CCA/NPA and other allowances Rs.21,000/- P.M. Total as on date Rs.53,000/- approx.

Age limit – Age limit for General candidate is 35 years. Age relaxable for SC is 5 years and for OBC candidate is 3 years.

Qualification
